Super Light Steel. As the name suggests, the SLS models are a particularly lightweight spring option for FOX rear shocks, which not only significantly reduce the weight but also the price of titanium springs. This weight optimization is not least due to the use of a smaller material diameter and a lower number of coils. Meanwhile, in addition to the special surface treatment, a process dedicated to tension reduction ensures that any residual energy accumulated in the spring is removed. The result is a lightweight shock spring that is also significantly more resistant to loads.
